Representing Chicago for more than 100 years as one of its most recognizable landmarks is Sullivan Center, formerly known as the Carson Pirie Scott building.
Having undergone one of the city's most aggressive and award-winning vintage restorations completed in 2011, Sullivan Center blends the qualities of a bygone era with virtually limitless 21st century technology, evolving into Chicago's number one Loop destination.
Occupying almost a full city block, bordered by State, Madison, Monroe and Wabash, Sullivan Center is well positioned in both size and location to support large retail, office, restaurant, school and entertainment users. The building contains more than 1,000,000 square feet of space and consists of large floor plates allowing for more than 90,000 square feet of rentable space per floor.
